Covid safety precautions

Before you arrive

All our practitioners are bound by strict guidelines as outlined by their governing bodies. When you book your appointment Linzi and Vivien will advise on the procedure as required by the practitioner.

We do ask that you:

  • Wear a mask

  • Be on time

  • Pay by card

Reception may ask you for information on your general health as you book your appointment, this will allow more time with your practitioner on your arrival. Any information will be noted on your record.

The waiting area

While we ask you to come to your appointment as close to the arranged time as possible, we do have 3 chairs available in our waiting area. These are 2 metres apart and are sanitised after every use. Unfortunately, we cannot provide drinking water at this time and there are no information leaflets available.

Your practitioner

As per their individual guidelines, all practitioners are following strict procedures before, during and after your appointment. They may request further information on your general health/symptoms and will record all details on your patient record card.
